Arisaema sikokianum: Z 5-9 These are very showy with purple bloom that is open revealing a pure white golfball like center. The leaves are in two groups of three
Arisaema ringens: Z 5-9 This is a stunning Arisaema from Japan. The spath is purple and curves almost all the way over on its self, except for the sides and front where the light shines through revealing the purple and white stripes on the back side. The leaves are in two groups of three.
Arisaema rhizomatum (with coffee color spots on the spathe): Z 8-10 Often the foliage does not emerge until late summer, into fall. Plant in shade and protect from frost.
Arisaema saxtile (fragrant): Z 6-9
Arisaema wilsonii (dark Spath): Z 5-9 closly related to asperatum. This has a dark purple, almost black spathe.
Arisaema sazensoo: Z 6-9 Japan. This species originates in the highlands of Kyushu Japan. The Inflorescense ate purple brown with a closed spath.
Arisaema sukotaiense: Z 6-9 China. The foliage is circular with ong leaflets radiating from a central point. The inflorescence is below the foliage with a brown-red spath with stripes of white or green. The top of the spathe ends with a longtail. Theis species is similar to A. taiwanense.
Arisaema speciosum: Z 6-8 Himalayan countries. In the wild this grows in forest edges. These have trifoliolate leaves above the inflorescence. The spath is slightly hooked downward with atale at the tip. The inflorescence is brown and white striped.
Arisaema tashiroi: Z 5-9 Japan. This is a seldom offered stately Arisaema up to three feet tall. The flower is held high above the foliage. The inside of the spath is white and glowes in the shade.



Arisaema triphyllum: Z3-9 N.A.Native. Plant in moist rich well drained soil in full shade. Usually the spath is green and white, however, dark brown-purple forms appear in seedlings.
Arum italicum: Z 7-8 This is an easy plant that gives a tropical look. The leaves are arrow shaped and many have spots or white markings. The summer blooms look similar to a calla lily. When it is finished blooming greenberries form green and turn orange later in the season. These will dieback in mid season only to reapper later in the season. Most will reappear twice in one season.
Dracunculus vulgaris: Z 6-8 This is a tall Arum with a huge purple-red bloom that gives off an odor to attrack insects. The foliage is fingered and usually has silver-white markings. This will form large clumps becoming very and showy will attrack the attention even of non-plant people.
Typhonium divicatum: Z 7-8 This is a Japanese plant in the Arum family. The bloom looks like a cross between a calla and a Arisaema bloom. The foliage is large and arrow shaped.
