Lilium columbianum: Z 7-8 N.A. Native These wild lilies prefer moist woodlands or open woodland margins. The nodding flowers are showy orange with red spots. The stalks can range from two feet to five feet with six or more large blooms.

Lilium lankongense: Z 5-9 Yunnan, China, Tibet. In the wild ith is found growing mixed with dwarf Rhododendron and Vaccinium. Grows to three feet tall with up to six turks-cap flowers. Keep corms cool and moist, but not water loged.
Lilium cerneum: Pink magenta flowers with darker spots. Blooms early summer and growes to two feet tall.
Lilium davidii: Z 5-9 China. Orange flowers with dark spots. Late summer blooming up to four feet.
Lilium fargesii: Z 6-9 Sichuan, Yunnan. Grows in grassy fields and woodland margins. Plant in part shade with good drainage. In late summer it has one to six white-green blooms with brown spots, and a sweet fragrance.
Lilium duchatrei: Z 6-9 Yunnan, western Sichuan, China. Growes in open rocky slopes and meddows. Up to three feet tall with six or more pink and marbled, fragrant turk's-cap blooms.

Lilium callosum: Z 6-9 China, Japan. Grows in meadows, and scrubby slopes. Blooms in Aug with yellow recurred flowers. Plant in light sandy well drained loamy soil. Prefers part shade and does best in a woodland or sunny margin.
Lilium henryi: Z 6-9 China. Grows in mountain raviens and woodlands. Plant in light shade. Blooms are a pastel orange.

Lilium 'Backhouse' (L. hansonii x martagon): Z 5-9 Stuning Yellow spotted maroon with creamy white backing. Blooms summer. Plant in moist, cool well drained soil in part sun.
