Attributes: Deciduous, Small purple -red blooms in spring. Large trifoliate foliage.
Notes: In the wild it grows on forested hillsides near sea level. Only five-six species of Trillium are native to Asia.
Companion plants: Cypripedium, Sorbus, Calanthe, Disporum, ferns, Gaultheria
