Trillium luteum: Z 6-8 N.A.Native These trilliums have mottled purple and green foliage with a yellow bloom nestled in the middle.
Trillium flexipes: Z 7-8 N.A.Native This is a rich creamy white semi nodding trillium. It prefers cool moist woodlands and is found among stream banks with alders and upland woods of mixed conifers.
Trillium grandiflorum: Z 6-8 N.A.Native. This spring bloomer is a large snow-white trillium with large blooms that fade to pink and rose. This species will get up to 18 inches tall.
Trillium ovatum: Z 6-8 N.A.Native This northwest native is a must for naturalizing a woodland garden. Flowers are white and fade to pink. The single flower is on top of three bold and symmetrical leaves. Trilliums prefer rich well-drained soil.
Trillium catesbaei: Z 7-8 N.A.Native. This is a rose pink semi nodding spring bloomer. Its is great for the shade garden and a great companion of ferns and orchids.
Trillium erectum: Z 7-8 N.A.Native This is a early spring wildflower that prefers cool moist soil. Occurs in upland forests of deciduous to conifers and among rhododendrons.
Trillium vaseyi: Z 7-8 N.A.Native This is similar to erectum, except the flowers are much larger and are a deep rich red. These plants tend to stay in smaller clumps or even as single specimens.
Trillium chloropetalum: Z 5-9 N.A.Native. This is a large sessile trillium with white, sometimes splashed creamy pink at the base. The leaves are mottled with dark patterns.


Trillium sessile: Z 4-9 N.A.Native. This species has mottled silver-green foliage with brown-purple markings. The blooms are red and nessled on top of the foliage.
Paris sp.: Z 6-8 This is a woodland relative of trilliums. It is a very rare plant in western gardens. This dworf species has white marbled leaves with a solid purple back. The unusual blooms have yellow anthers. Eventually these gems will form colonies similar to trilliums.
Paris polyphylla: Z5-9 Himalayas, China. This is a clumping trillium relative with upright stems topped with twelve leaves to seven inches long. The flowers have up to eight green sepals and yellow petals with a purple ovary. Plant in the shade with moist well drained soil.

Paris quadrifolia: Z5-9 Asia, This has upright stems with four oval leaves to six inches long. Flowers have four green sepals and white petals.
