Attributes:  Evergreen, pyramidal crown, thick reddish brown bark.  Blue gray foliage.  Large rounded cones.
Notes:  Another plant on the "Red List". Only a few mainland populations of var. forbesii in Southern California and Northern Mexico and a tiny population of var. guadalupensis on Guadalupe Island.  The difference between the two is in the bloom.
