Attributes:  Semi-evergreen.  Yellow nodding flowers, attractive feathery seeds.  Slow growing perennial that forms a ground-cover.  Toothed leaves are dark green during winter but drop as new leaves emerge in spring.  White underside of leaf.

Notes:  A choice and hard to find ground-cover.
