Attributes: Deciduous. Clumping. Clothed in overlapping hand-sized creamy bracts that veil its insignificant flowers. Low basal rosette with distinctive white-veined leaves.

Notes: Not often offered species hailing from lush marshy meadows and streams of the Himalayas.  Similar look to the famed Rheum nobile but easier to grow in our climate.
