Attributes:  Deciduous.  Conspicuous creamy yellow fruit. White flowers in spring and summer.  Long and slender, pinnate, leaves composed of many small leaflets turing color in fall.

Notes:  A great textural element and stunning fall color.  Conspicuous clusters of fruit that persist after leaves drop.  Looks similar to S. commixta, but with yellow fruit.

Companion plants:  Rosa, Rhododendron, Mahonia, Lilium, Aralia, Philadelphus
