Bletill striata 'Yokohama Kate' (Chinese Ground Orchid)

Attributes:  Deciduous, 1'- 2' tall.  Blooms summer.  Lighter magenta blooms with dark lip and yellow spotted red throat.

Notes:  Plant next to rocks or mixed in the sunny perennial border.  When mature and settled into its spot, a plant can bloom for nearly three months.  There are many Bletilla hybrids that have been created, but they are difficult to find.
