Attributes: Early spring blooming, Each stem holds up to 2 yellow flowers with darker yellow markings in the center.  Brown mottling on the foliage.  Bulb goes summer dormant.

Notes:  In the wild Erythronium grow in open woodlands, and sunny meadows.  Plant in a rock garden or a partly sunny perennial garden.
