Attributes: Deciduous. Clumping. 5-7 lobed green leaves topped with bright pink flower.
Notes:A favorite mid-spring flowering perennial that is both versatile and low maintenance. First time I saw this species growing in a garden the flowers were so bright and vibrant it was the stand out of the day. Smaller than some of the other species of Filipendula.
