Picea smithiana (West Himalayan Spruce, Morinda Spruce)

Attributes:  Evergreen, Gracefully weeping, long gray - green leaves.  In the wild grows usually on N. and W. slopes between 2100 - 3600 m.  Pyramidal growth, shiny brown -  purple female cones that are pendulous.
Notes:  One of the most distinct Picea species with incredibly long pendulous branches.
