Attributes:  Deciduous, 12” - 24" tall.  Summer blooming. Orange to scarlet red tubular flowers. Thick, fleshy tuber like root.
Notes:  This is a perennial Mimulus that hummingbirds go crazy for.  The foliage emerges early in the spring and slowly starts to put up a flowering stem.  By early summer it is in full flower.
