Attributes: Semi-evergreen. Massive palmate leaves on tall woody trunks. White flowers in fall.
Notes: In extra cold winters plants can die back to the ground but in warmer zones trunks will remain season to season. This form is fast growing but can take a couple of years to really get established. In time plants will send out new plants from root nodes. This form was originally introduced from Europe and has large, slightly less sharply lobed leaves.
