Attributes: Evergreen? Deciduous. Woody vine with 5 toothed leaflets to 6" long. New growth is purplish maturing to green. Greenish white flowers. Blue-black fruit
Notes: Possibly an introduced species. We found this species rambling through trees and brush in association with Lapageria, Rhaphithamnus, Azara, Sophora, Hydrangea. Still young seedlings with several plants and are looking good. So far they have put turned nice red, orange and purple during the winter.
