Attributes: Evergreen. Deep purple-red bark. Rose-pink urn flowers winter-spring.
Notes: One of the best for hardiness. Once established they resent root disturbance and do not take to transplantation. Use as a specimen tree to show off its ornamental bark. Doesn't like watering during sunny weather and should be planted in a less irrigated part of the garden.
