Attributes: Deciduous.  Shrub-like.  Spring blooming. Attractive ferny foliage. Deep yellow flowers with gold anthers. Larger petals and more cup shaped than P. delaveyi.  Large black seeds late summer-fall.
Notes:  Requires little maintenance one established and can be quite drought tolerant.
