Attributes: Evergreen. Large rounded leaves with frilly edges. Underside of leaf starts of bright white and turns a light brown. Trailing, ground-cover like growth. White flowers, Raspberry like fruit.
Notes: Rubus irenaeus works well when planted on a slope or raised bed or rockery to allow the long tendril-like stems to cascade down. Like other Rubus when kept well watered and given rich soil can be quite fast growing and should be pruned to keep smaller.
